Is my teacher beeing a @ss or is it me?

ok so when i walk in to cl it is between periods so you can walk around ya know and i put my books down and i put my books down so my teacher mr.silvermen is standing at his door in the hall yelling get to cl at evry one ya know one of those so im on my way out and he says stop playin round my room when all im doing is getting up to get out and i say im goin to the bathroom and hes like you better hurry up and im like ok so i get back and whille were doing bellwork he sitting at his computer and i ask can i sharpen my pencil and hes all like evry day with you and all i did was ask yesterday and today and im like but my pencil broke and hes like yeah sure [sarcasticly] and i show it to him and then hes still all like you need to come up with a better excuse MY PENCIL IS BROKEN WHAT DO YOU EXPECT ME TO DO.and then im walking in the hall its in between 6th and 7th period and the bathroom and the water fountain are right across from each other and i walk out of the bathroom [there isnt a door ] and am going to the water fountain and hes like keep playin and im like what the he11 did i do! then he started yell you cant cant yell at me im a teacher and all this ****
