Salmonella poisioning while pregnant?

I was very ill 2 weeks ago. Vomiting, severe abdominal pain, diarrheah, muscles aches, terrible headache. I just figured it was a stomach bug. I ended up in labor and delivery getting fluids because i had gotten so dehydrated that my urine was actually red. I just found out this weekend that these ice cream cones we have been buying were recalled in the peanut recall. I had eaten ALOT of these the last few weeks, without a clue that they could have been tainted. Do you think I may have had foodpoisoningg. I am the only one in the family that got sick, which would make sense since I am pregnant and I have graves disease so my immune system is pretty compromised right now. Can doctors test for it since it's been 2 weeks? Could it have harmed the baby?
