My 2 year old fell on Thursday and hit his forehead, he has a big bump and bruise, today he fell again?

and I believe he hit the same spot, he's acting fine, not lethargic or throwing up or anything, I am just worried because it was already bruised and swollen, any advice? He also is running a low fever now, could this be from the fall? He is kind of congested so it could be something else, I'm just worried, please help
