Was Canada against the invasion of Iraq because it is a major supplier of oil to America?

France and Russia had major oil concessions in Iraq pre-US invasion and both stood to lose much by America's and Britain's invasion which would / did erase the UN sanctions and open Iraq to US and British oil firms. Canada also stood to lose money by the US gaining control of Iraqi oil and lowering world oil prices. Is this a major factor in Canada's refusal to invade Iraq?
