Would the Redskins win the NFC if it was the year 2006?

A lot of has-beens filling their roster with the likes of McNabb, Larry Johnson, Willie Parker, Santana Moss, Albert Haynesworth and probably Clinton Portis at this stage; but for 'what if' sake; would the Redskins win the NFC if it was the year 2006? Obviously their defense is fairly decent with a handful of underrated and overlooked names.
