Can you send celebrities videos? Have you ever sent one?

Can you send celebrities videos of yourself singing? I really want to get noticed as a singer, and one of my singing idols would be Paula Abdul. I was just wondering if I could actually send her a video? I know she has a new fansite where you can upload videos of yourself and share your dreams, but the link to join her website appears to be broken. Has anyone ever sent a video to Celebrity?
