Frozen condensation on inside of ski goggles?

i had the problem with condensation getting on the inside of my goggles and freezing. I also had my face covered with a fleece neck guard and had that tucked under my goggles. It would be nice to know if I can fix this or if I need new goggles. Any suggestions?
