Star Wars Battlefront mods?

I got the pc game. I downloaded a mod, it seemed to be working but the program stopped, when i download it, it has a picture of a clone troopers head, (the icon) i click on it it says two things, open and cancel, i click open of course, and the hourgl by the arrow pops up, but then it goes away! and the program doesn't do anything! allittle help please!
