What does it mean when your marriage gets like this?

SO she runs when times get rough but then i try and talk and she just goes off like a bomb and hits... I love her we are married and it seems like every couple months she needs a break im not allowed to make any decisions i feel like a yo yo. she says she needs help but cant do it when were together i need to get out in order for her to get help on her own well what was the point of taking vowels ? why is she so angry? yes im laid off and desperatly looking for jobs yes she works but wants to go out and drink because eases the pain and calms her down from anger. she is consistently on her phone and she admitted she cheated on me so i would tell her it was done but she wants to get help and try again what does this all mean?
