How would you explain this (believers only please)?

Time and chance happen to all in this lifetime. "Vengeance is mine says the Lord, I will repay." Punishment of the wicked will take place after judgment day which has not yet happened. The fact that the wicked seem to prosper in this lifetime has no bearing on the price they will pay in the future.
