I was able to eat ANYTHING and everything and I would be hungry all the time. I was often called greedy and was told by people outside of my family that I ate way too much. I also got comments from people about my weight. People asked my mother if I I had some kind of illness because I was so skinny. When I was 12, I was 5'1 and weighed a mere 85 pounds. I never saw a doctor for it. when I got into my teen-aged years, I gained weight. About two years ago, I noticed strange symptoms starting to appear. for a few months at a time I noticed i would lose weight without trying at all. I would drop as much as 15 pounds for no reason and I would also be very tired and very hungry ALL THE TIME ( same symptoms as when I was younger and very.very skinny ). After a few months, the symptoms would disappear ( except it would take a long time to gain the weight back ) and then reappear. If I touch my throat, I can feel my thyroid easily. I also have a history of miscarriages and irregular periods.

Hi the advice from everyone else is good but the bottom line is if you haven't been motivated before what makes it right for now. You have to want to do it. Firstly depending on where you are in the world and the weather open a window fresh air is the best freshener ever. I am a professional cleaner with years of experience and I can tell you that you need to do somethng asap!!! As someone said with the stuff on your bed get some bags and sort through it. Newspapers recycle all the other stuff give to charity or just chuck it out. Once you have cleared the bed put down an old sheet or cloth and empty wardrobes and dressing table and throw or give stuff away you don't need. I tend to clean a room in sections and only clean one part at a time. Move the furniture around if you enough wall space. ALWAYS CLEAN FROM THE TOP OF A ROOM. DID YOU KNOW THAT MOST DUST IS HUMAN OR ANIMAL SKIN ETC. Maybe your vacuum cleaner has a small head to vacuum walls, cornice, skirting boards. Dust is on everything in our homes and will settle even on our walls. There are different degrees of dust to if it is pale white okay, if it is dark and thick bad really bad especially for breathing problems. Another tip always dust after you vacuum preferably with a slightly damp cloth. No vacuum cleaner keeps 100% of their contents in them. With the bed strip it and wash everything. Air the mattress by turning it and leaving for a few hours in sunlight if possible makes a real difference. If people turned there mattresses monthly they would last 1/3 longer and do our backs the world of good. Because the bed is wood I am not sure what the smudges would be but try some dishwashing liquid in hot water or even an eraser or some websites. If you can't get rid of them use a couple of throw blankets over each end of the bed then you can keep the dust of the frame and shake them out weekly. Try to leave the vacuuming around the bed until last. Just work around the edge of the room first then use the bed in the middle as the focus point. Another thing people forget is their window furnishings, take them down and clean them to. Remember where you sleep should be a reflection of you and to have clutter and mess etc is not good. A bedroom should be a place of privacy, peace, a time to rejuvenate. Good luck I hope it works out for you.

My mom has factor V leiden, what are my chances of having it since its hereditary?

recently my mom found out she had a blood clot in the artery to her lung and little mes in her lung. She was dianosed with factor V leiden disease THIS MORNING, it took a couple months of pain on her part before we had a diagnosis. My doctor prescribed peptac which use to help at a point but now no. i sleep on a seating positiin with several pillows on my head, but with the seating position, i am nolonger on my side its like i am on my back, but seating, i don`t know if that is bad for the baby, but it seems to be the only way to get rid of the heartburn at night and i sleep, but i am worried cos when i get up, i find myself nolonger in a seating position, but almost lying down completely on my back, but still with all the pillows on my head so i am still probed up like i was using them hospital beds and having my head lifted up, but lying on my back, so i am not lying completely flat on my back, but i am still worried, is that safe or dangerouse for the baby, with all these things i hear about not advisable to sleep on ur back for it is bad for baby, i really need advice. thanks

No, don't switch Corey Maggette to starting SG because he played the best in games where he came off the bench. I have no idea what trades might happen cause I really didn't want the Warriors to draft Curry and when they did I though 'ok, well they better follow through with the trade talks of him for Amare.' But then that didn't happen either, so idk. As of now, I'd put C.J. Watson ahead of Steph Curry on the depth chart and put Morrow in front of Belinelli. We also needed a center that brings inside presence, Andris did that sometimes last season but a lot of times he played tentatively. He would be RAW if he was aggressive every single game. I was extremely cynical and didn't think that anyone loved me I thought that people were out to get me and were watching me at all times. I was really obsessed with tiny little Miniature things like doll houses and little furniture from them anything that was little and was blue I would steal was a kleptomaniac. I also loved hard rock headbanger rock. I would throw huge tantrums whenever I didn't get my way in life and would pitifully cry when I thought my life sucked and. It was really hard for me to relate to anybody. It felt like I had nothing in common with anyone so I had nothing to talk about except I would always ask everyone when I met them If they watched sponge bob and if they loved it and if they didn't like it then they weren't recognized as a member of one of my weird sponge bob tribe. I was really hyperactive and would get really deeply sad and melancholy depressed and then whenever company was over or my sister's friends were over I would spring out of depression and go into a hyper manic mood and be jumping around and then I would talk so fast I couldn't catch my breathe of total excitement because me and her friends would play dance dance revolution and would have sleepover and would go crazy wild happy Ecstasy. I had weird fast mood swings. I not so paranoid now but during my childhood I was so hyper didn't need a lot of sleep at all. And now I was recently diagnosed with major depressive disorder when I was hospitalized this january. But I'm like I was when was a child just not that so manic. When I was 13, I met my first love, he took my virginity, and we dated for almost two years, but he cheated A LOT, so it ended. I was sitting at the end of my trailor with a friend playing my guitar the night they had been moving stuff into their trailor. It was just him (chirs), his younger bro james and his even younger sis emmy, plus his mom and gma. James had been at the end of his trailor messing around, when i called him over to me and kendra, which is how my connection with the family all started. I was just trying to welcome them to the trailor park. I remember regretting asking why it was just his mom and gma, because he informed me that his dad had died a few years earlier. Chris the oldest never knew his dad I later figured out but accepted jame and emmys dad as his own. (I put this in there because it has a little to do with how we fell in love) We both had hard childhoods and we both did not have contact with our fathers. Anyways, that same night, I walk to the end of the trailor park to bum a cigg off on my friend's sister, she was standing outside talking to our friend and Chris, which is how we first met, I bummed a cigg off him. I was just about to turn 15 and he was just 17. We hung out almost everyday after that day for about two weeks before we made it official. Fast forward 5 years, I just turned 20, I broke up with him a few months ago finally because of his drinking. I finally put my foot down, even though i feel like he is the love of my life. I know I would love to be with him for the rest of my life, just not the alcoholic he turned out to be. Alcohol has been the number one problem in our relationship. It has gotten him into a lot of trouble. The biggest of which him gettin busted twice within two weeks drinking and driving and goin to jail for 3 months for it, that was about half way through our relationship and i stuck by his side right through it and wrote him almost everyday. After all we were pretty serious, he had bought me a little promise ring for my 16th bday. I thought that he would learn his lesson in there. But not too long after, he fell back into his old ways. He never hit me or nothing when he drank, I would just have to babysit him and it gets old. That is the only negative in our relationshipt. There are so many positives though, for one, my grandparents raised me, they mean a lot to me, he was there for me when my grandpa died, and lived with me and my gma and payed for everything he could, mowed the yard, ect. he helped out a lot, she loved him which was important to me. He bought me school supplies and clothes and paid for feild trips through high school, got me a car, he really took care of us. What gets me though is that we were total opposites in some ways, like school, I was a honor student and he was a drop out from another town, he liked to drink and I only did from time to time, but even then, I loved him, I always have, and always will. Even after our break up, his WHOLE family still talks to me, and I still go to there family dinners and such even when he doesnt. My gma and his mom talk on a daily basis. His little sister emmy, jus turned 16, has been living with me and my gma for almost a year now. I know its weird. I have failed to mention how chris and I had to grow up too fast together, which is probably where this connection comes from. We had to act like parents to his brother and sister, i lived with him and his family since I was 16. So not only did I have to keep up with my grades in school to be an honor student, I also would come home to help the kids with homework, do laundry and cook dinner and do dishes. He and I would go buy christmas every year. Where was the mother? she is a great woman, but is like a child herself and I think scarred from the loss of her husband. Advice on how to get my son to sleep through the night?

My son is 8 months old and he has yet to sleep through the night. He is fed and started solids at six months. Last night I decided to give him 9 oz of thawed frozen milk (just so I know how much he got) at 7 pm and he ate all of it then fell asleep, slept till 10:30 and woke up wanting more, so I gave him 5 oz then he woke up again (not sure what time) and I fed, then he woke up another time and I fed some more. So he ate a ton last night and still didn't sleep through the night. He isn't overweight or anything he just is too busy playing during the day that he doesn't want to eat unless he is tired. He likes to eat solids but he has a sensitive tummy so I have to give him easily digested foods. Any suggestions what to do to get him to sleep through the night or atleast most of the night?

Feeling bad for never co- sleeping?

My daughter is 2 and ever since she was a newborn I never co- slept with her. She was always in a binet by my bed as an infant. I always heard that if you co-sleep, you can never get them out of your bed and all that. Now, she is 2 and not once in her whole life have we slept in the same bed together, not a nap, nothing. She will not sleep with me, she is so used to her own bed and her own room, she will not just lay down and sleep in the same bed as me. Jogging On Mini Tramp VS. Jogging On Treadmill?

Hey everyone, I have a questions for expert joggers/runners who have ever tried jogging on a mini trampoline. I have been running on the treadmill since September. I haven't lost any weight but at least feel I'm doing something good by running. I run 6 days a week for 3-3.5 miles at between 6-6.5 mph. Problem is, I have started developing very dibilitating pain in my joints, especially my right leg. Pain in knee, shin and ankle are causing me alot of pain when running. Doctor sees nothing abnormal on xrays. My question is this. Has anyone ever jogged/ran on a mini trampoline and are the benefits as good as the treadmill? I'd really like to know because I would hate to give up jogging altogether, but my legs are crapping out on me pretty quick. Thanks everyone!

Is there a such thing as a refind sugar addicition? I rarely ever eat it, but when I do, I can't stop. I would go as far to say that I eat zero refined sugar... except for M&Ms. I don't even eat M&Ms too often, I only eat them when I get tired at work which isn't too often. My problem is, I tell myself that a handful of M&Ms isn't so bad for me once in a while, and that it will wake me up. My 10 y.o. granddaughter, who I have raised since birth, considers my boyfriend of 15 years, her Papa. He left us 6 months ago. I found out he was cheating on me for about 8 months prior, and eventually decided the other woman was the one for him. So the granddaughter meanwhile called him, texted him, and got no response. Around Christmas they started making phone contact. Meanwhile I've had NO contact with him as he TOTALLY refuses to communicate with me. I have spoken with the new girlfriend though, and she is scary, as in she says she has had a very hard life, and it shows in her communication. She's lived on the streets. She's made references to "taking down anyone who p*sses her off, that she'd just as soon kill them", and about her soon to be ex-husband being a crack addict, and more. Well, now, after 4 months of very little communication, he's made his first request to see her. My issue is this. I can get past the hurt he caused me/us by the way this all came down. He was downright cruel about what he did, but that's another story. I am a more compionate person though than spiteful, and realize this is her Papa, and he does have feelings for her, albeit questionable when he chose to ignore her attempts at contact. I'm sorry if this is long winded but you need to know some of the details. Well now he wants to see her, take her out, but insists it be with the other woman tagging along. I contend that she doesn't need to be in the picture at this point, that he needs to reconnect with his "daughter" first without her having to share him. They refuse and get irate calling me a controlling b*tch. It's been mentioned that they think I'm controlling it this way to get closer to him again. It's not true, I expressly told them that I would bow out from the meetings too so they can be alone, but that's not good enough - the girlfriend seems very insecure. No one speaks to him without being on speakerphone and she makes all the return phone calls or texts. Okay, just a little more. He comes from the streets too. I did not. I sort of raised him in many ways, but it seems he's gravitated right back to "his people", low life street people, alcoholics, and druggies. I suspect he's doing drugs and she probably is too, but I have no proof. He's not paying his bills, his personality has COMPLETELY changed, and so you know, he's a recovering alcoholic and drug user. Whew, this sounds like a no brainer, I know that, but I really empathize with a parent missing their child even if this isn't his biological child. Remember, he has absolutley no legal rights to her, just maybe moral ones, and probably not even those. Can anyone suggest how I can safely allow her to see her Papa? The courts can't help me by mandating supervised visitations, so I am confused as to going about making this happen for him, even though he seems to be fighting it by insisting it be his/her way.
